1. How do I clean and care for my leather bag, rug, or furniture?

Hair Hides

  • Vacuum or sweep gently. Do not scrub to avoid damaging the fur.

  • If you spill any liquid, wipe it up immediately. You can use a little fabric softener and let it dry in the sun.

  • It's normal for it to arrive wrinkled due to the way it's shipped or displayed. When placing it in your home, lay it flat on the floor. If any wrinkles remain, place books or heavy objects on top to flatten them.

  • If you prefer, we offer car wash service for $450 MXN.


Rugs

  • Clean gently with a vacuum cleaner or broom. Do not scrub.

  • If any liquid spills, wipe it up immediately and use fabric softener. Let it dry in the sun.

  • To remove surface dust, wipe with a damp cloth.

  • Important: Do not wash.


Bags, Wallets and Aprons

  • Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust.

  • If the leather is hairless, occasionally apply a special nourishing cream for leather to keep it moisturized.

  • Avoid rain and prolonged sun exposure to preserve color and texture.

  • If it gets dirty, wipe it off immediately with a dry cloth.

  • If it gets wet, let it dry in the sun.

For suede products:

  • Use only a soft, dry brush. Do not apply liquids.


Sheep and Calves

  • Shake or vacuum to keep these products clean. Do so carefully to avoid damaging the material.


2. What warranty do the products have?

All our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.


3. Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes! If the product isn't what you expected, you can request an exchange or return within 8 days of delivery .
The item must be unused and in its original packaging .
Return freight is the customer's responsibility .


4. What are the shipping times and costs?

  • We prepare your order within 24 to 48 business hours .

  • The average transit time is 5 to 9 business days , depending on your location.

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package.

  • In the case of personalized items , the production time can be 10 to 20 business days .

Free shipping on orders over $1,500 MXN . For smaller orders, the cost is $90 MXN .


5. Will the color I see on screen be identical to the product?

Leather is a natural material , with its own grain and tones , so slight variations may occur compared to the photographs.
These differences make each piece unique , not a defect.

We exclusively use leather that is a byproduct of the food industry , and we work with certified tanneries that follow responsible practices.
